1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Sweden Travel Collective LLC website and the travel planning and consultancy services provided by Sweden Travel Collective LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”;).
By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Services

Sweden Travel Collective LLC provides independent travel consultancy and itinerary planning services.
We assist clients by providing recommendations, research, itinerary design, travel advice, and supplier suggestions.
We are not a tour operator, travel agency, airline, hotel, transportation provider, destination management company (DMC), or travel insurance provider.

3. Supplier Relationships

Flights, accommodation, transportation, excursions, restaurants, activities, and other travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers.
Any booking made with a third-party supplier constitutes a separate agreement between the traveller and that supplier.
The supplier’s terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and liability provisions apply to those bookings.

4. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that recommendations and information are accurate at the time provided.
However, prices, schedules, availability, regulations, and operating conditions may change without notice.

We cannot guarantee the availability, pricing, suitability, or performance of any third-party supplier.

5. Traveller Responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for:

Holding valid passports and travel documents
Obtaining any required visas
Meeting entry requirements
Obtaining appropriate travel insurance
Reviewing supplier terms and conditions
Confirming booking details prior to travel
Ensuring they are medically fit to travel

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sweden Travel Collective LLC shall not be liable for:

Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers
Delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
Personal injury, illness, loss, damage, theft, or expense arising during travel
Government actions, border restrictions, weather events, strikes, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or other events beyond our control

Our role is limited to providing travel consultancy, itinerary planning, and travel advisory services.
Any claims relating to transportation, accommodation, excursions, or other travel services must be directed to the relevant supplier.

7. Consultancy Fees

Any planning or consultancy fees paid to Sweden Travel Collective LLC relate solely to our professional services.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, consultancy fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

8. Intellectual Property

All itineraries, written recommendations, travel guides, website content, photography, and related materials remain the intellectual property of Sweden Travel Collective LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Content may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior
written consent.
